It is advisable to build a learning system based on a competence-based approach. This approach involves a very clear structuring of the requirements for the competence of employees by position and conducting training in accordance with the level of requirements for a particular position.

Doing business in a modern market requires that your company or organization comply with international standards.

From the point of view of management theory, QMS is an integral part of the company's management system, which is designed to ensure the stability of the quality of products and services provided.

How is quality compliance with international standards achieved? What is quality in the understanding of modern standards? Let's start with the last one.

Quality, in the modern sense, is not only the compliance of the characteristics inherent in the product with existing standards. It is also consistent with the application of the product. This means that if the product meets the standards, but it cannot be used for its intended purpose, then it is not considered high-quality. There is also a requirement that, when fulfilling the two listed, the product has an affordable adequate price. And the last and most important requirement is that the product must meet the expected needs of the product buyer.

These needs for the manufacturer are expressed in specifications. So, the QMS is aimed at performing the work in exact accordance with the specifications. Training in the quality management system consists in explaining to the staff, through seminars and trainings, the role of each link, an individual employee in quality management of the final product of the organization and enterprise.

The implementation of an international standard at an enterprise (in particular, ISO 9001) is a multi–stage process, including a preliminary audit of the company, in order to analyze the work of the enterprise, plan work on the implementation of QMS, etc. The next stage is the development of a quality management system, the development of approaches and training methods.

After that, the training of the company's personnel begins - from managers at all levels to junior staff. One of the fundamental principles of the quality management system is the involvement of each employee, at any stage of production, participation in the production of a quality product. To this end, each employee of the company is trained to perform duties at their workplace, in accordance with how the QMS was developed.

Staff training is a purposeful, organized, planned and systematically implemented process of mastering knowledge, skills, and communication methods under the guidance of experienced teachers, mentors and supervisors.

It is advisable to build a learning system based on a competence-based approach. This approach involves a very clear structuring of the requirements for the competence of employees by position and conducting training in accordance with the level of requirements for a particular position.
